**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of other construction workers on-site.
- Oversee the installation of site structures and fixtures, including drywall, flooring, and other components.
- Ensure that all work complies with building codes and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of work progress to ensure quality standards are met.
- Manage project timelines and ensure that materials are available as needed.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, including electricians and mechanical, to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain accurate safety documentation.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a carpenter with a strong understanding of construction processes.
- Familiarity with various hand tools, power tools, and equipment used in carpentry.
- Experience in working with siding, drywall installation, roofing systems, caulking techniques, electrical installations, and masonry work is highly desirable.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with experience supervising teams in a construction environment an asset.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail.
