If so, we want you on our team Jump.ca is looking for a full-time Retail Store Manager to join our Yorkton location.

We’re seeking an enthusiastic, results-driven leader with a natural ability to build relationships and develop teams. Your exceptional organizational skills, ability to lead by example, and passion for creating positive customer experiences will make you a perfect fit. If you’re an experienced retail manager with a talent for inspiring others, we’ll provide the technology training to set you up for success.
**The Role**:

- Drive team performance through coaching, motivation, and goal setting.
- Foster an environment where your team exceeds customer expectations.
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead by example as a Jump.ca ambassador, embodying our values and purpose.
- Cultivate a culture of growth, learning, and employee development.

**The Skills**:

- 3 to 5 years of retail management experience.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships with both customers and team members.
- A strong leadership presence, with a drive to succeed and empower others.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Post-secondary education in business, management, or a related field (an asset but not required).
