Store Manager

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Interview, hire, train, and supervise store staff
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Oversee store maintenance and cleanliness
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other store managers to share best practices and drive overall success
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or management is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Experience in recruiting, training, and developing employees
- Strong administrative skills, including payroll management and scheduling

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Brockville, ON K6V 5T2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
