Exela Technologies is looking to fill a Customer Service Associate position in Burnaby, BC.
In addition to being organized and able to multitask, this role requires a go-getter with a positive work ethic who is excited to work with the leading provider of innovative, cloud-based solutions in the document outsourcing industry.
So what will you actually be doing?
A Customer Service Associate’s daily tasks will involve:
- Perform various Mail Center activities (receiving, delivery, pickup, shipping, ordering supplies, etc.)
- Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
- Quality check shipping invoices, match up and process.
- Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
- Consistently adhere to all business and safety procedure guidelines
- Take direction from supervisor or site manager
- log and track all incoming couriers correctly and obtain signatures
- Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail
- Participate in cross-training (shipping, and mail processing)
- Operating mailing, insertion equipment
- Shipping & Receiving, using various courier providers (FedEx, Purolator, UPS, ect..)
- Handle time-sensitive material (i.e. confidential, urgent packages)
- Sort and deliver mail and packages
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs unassisted
- Enter information daily into spreadsheets
- Identify charges and match them to billing
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
