**We are looking for a Regional Compliance Auditor to join our team in our Montreal office**

As a Regional Compliance Auditor, you will be responsible to work with the Compliance team in a concerted and uniform manner, to ensure they become more efficient as a function in providing the necessary assistance to our brokers and fulfilling the Corporate Compliance mandate.

**Your day as a Regional Compliance Auditor**
- Perform monthly client file reviews and log results in the internal auditing platform.
- Present audit findings following a set format, to the account team and the team/unit/division leader.
- Send addendum reports with recommendations to team members, the account Team Leader, Compliance Analyst, and the Corporate Compliance officer.
- Provide ongoing information, clarification, and reminders relating to compliance matters and procedures to brokers and staff through updates and mini-compliance presentations at monthly division/unit meetings.
- Research pertinent regulatory websites (East) to keep up to date with regulatory requirements affecting compliance matters/issues and advise the Compliance team.
- Assist the Corporate Compliance Analyst to develop and draft new procedures (Compliance and Professional standards).
- Work/develop and/or assist with new compliance-related initiatives.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in insurance brokerage.
- Familiarity with the agent’s code of conduct and guidelines is an asset.
- Insurance Broker License is an asset.
- Bilingual with strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
- Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective presentation, time management and organizational skills.
- Flexible to occasionally travel to our offices in the Eastern Canada region.
