**Duties**
- Ensuring that all work completed is done on time, is of a high standard and is done safely
- All work shall be done in accordance to boiler and pressure vessel codes
- Assisting in Lay out, assembly, fabricate, maintain and repair piping systems which carry water, steam, chemicals or fuel used in heating, cooling, lubricating and other processes.
- Understand interpreting blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine the type of pipe and tools to use and lay out the sequence of tasks.
- Assist with making detail sketches for pipe and equipment fabrication and installation, as required.
- Measure, cut, thread, groove, bend, assemble and install metal pipe, valves and fittings.
- Use testing equipment to check systems for leaks.
- Working with other to ensure a quality product is being rendered
- Other miscellaneous tasks asked of you by the Supervisor

**Key qualifications**:

- Valid Class 5 driver’s license is required
- Previous tank maintenance experience is an asset
- Supervising experience is an asset
- Possesses strong leadership skills
- Strong Communication skills; must be fluent in speaking/writing English
- Proficient computer skills
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug & Alcohol Test
- Ability to work with mínimal management supervision in a team and safety focused environment.
- Must be physically fit and able to safely lift to 50 lbs.
