**Job Overview**
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Web & Multimedia Technician** to join our dynamic team. As a Web Designer, you will collaborate with marketers, and other stakeholders to design and implement engaging web interfaces, manage our web presence, and that enhance user interaction and drive business goals.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain and update the company website using platforms such as WordPress
- Design and manage landing pages, news updates, event announcements, and digital forms
- Ensure website structure, layout, and content reflect current programs and promotions
- Support the production of promotional and teaching videos and AI-generated media for courses and events
- Monitor and improve website user experience and layout consistency across devices
- Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate timely and accurate content publishing
- Perform basic SEO tasks and monitor website performance with available tools

**Qualifications**
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in WordPress for website management and content updates.
- Experience with video editing tools or AI video platforms is an asset
- Good understanding of layout, branding, and digital presentation
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in English required; Chinese language ability is a plus
