**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough interviews with clients to assess their needs and develop personalized action plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed case files, ensuring all documentation is properly filed and organized using systems such as iManage.
- Draft legal documents and correspondence related to client cases, ensuring clarity and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Utilize research tools like Lexis-Nexis to gather information pertinent to client cases.
- Provide clerical support, including proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Manage projects related to client services, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Exhibit professional phone etiquette when communicating with clients, service providers, and other stakeholders.
- Regularly review and update case files to reflect changes in client status or needs.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in case management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong skills in legal drafting, clerical tasks, proofreading, and project management are essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required for effective client interaction.
- Familiarity with interviewing techniques to gather necessary information from clients.
- Proficiency in using technology for documentation and case management purposes.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple cases simultaneously.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in all interactions.
