**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- The team must consist of a paver foreman, roller operator, rakemen, skidsteer operator, and general labour.

**Paver Foreman**
- Operate Leeboy 8500 with adequate thickness for the asphalt
- Supervise the paving team to ensure all tasks are done properly and on time
- Finish the job while upkeeping workmanship

**Roller Operator**
- Operate RD12 tandem roller to roll base and asphalt
- Ensure the base and asphalt is roller with adequate grade
- Finish the job while upkeeping workmanship

**Rakeman**
- Rake gravel and asphalt to facilitate proper drainage
- Ensure the edges of the driveway and clean
- Finish the job while upkeeping workmanship

**Skidsteer Operator**
**- **Operate skid steer to excavate old driveway and rough grade the base
- Use a skidsteer to perform various tasks as needed
- Finish the job while upkeeping workmanship

**General Labour**
- Help the paving team in any tasks as required
- Finish the job while upkeeping workmanship

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly in asphalt paving or related fields.
- Mechanical knowledge is essential for troubleshooting and maintaining equipment effectively.
- Experience with commercial driving is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated to complete tasks independently when required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 50 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
