THE VALET has a key role in the hotel, he is the first contact with the customer upon arrival and the last upon departure.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Professionally and warmly greet and welcome all guests
- Escort guests to their rooms and assist them in loading and unloading luggage from their vehicle
- Help customers meet their expectations by responding to their queries, requests and questions about the hotel and the city
- Ensure the excellence of the lived experience for each client
- Follow hotel policies and procedures Communicate adequately with the various hotel departments

**REQUIREMENTS**

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Hold a valid Quebec driver's license for 4 or more years
- Must be able to drive a manual & automatic car
- Bilingual (French and English) in oral communication
- Be available to work weekdays as well as weekends
- Professional attitude and behavior (punctual, dynamic, autonomous, honest, versatile)
- Good knowledge of the city, its attractions, and be able to give precise and correct directions

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
