**Tour Manager and Co-Tour Manager Needed for Quebec Food Sampling Tour**

**Location**: Montreal and Surrounding Cities
**Pay**: Salary - $1700 weekly for Tour Manager, $1600 weekly for Co-Tour Manager

**About the Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced and bilingual **Tour Manager** to lead a high-profile, nationwide food sampling tour across Canada. In partnership with a **co-manager,** the Tour Manager will be responsible for executing all aspects of the campaign—from logistics and staffing to consumer engagement and on-site event management. This is an exciting, hands-on opportunity for a dynamic leader with a strong background in event management, road tours, and team leadership, particularly in the food and beverage industry.

**Timeline & Program Duration**
- **Fly-in (to the US - New Berlin, Wisconsin) for Training**: August 17
- **In-Person Training**: August 18-19 at client HQ in New Berlin, WI
- **Depart for Canada**: Afternoon of August 19

**Total Program Duration: 8 Weeks**
- **Week 1**: Training & Travel to Montreal Market (August 17-24)
- **Weeks 2-7**: In-Market Activations (Starting week of August 25)
- **Week 8**: Return & Closeout (Week of October 6; final workday expected between October 9-11)

**Estimated Weekly Breakdown**:

- 2 days off
- 1 admin or travel day
- 4 activation days

**Job Summary**

The **Tour Manager (and co-manager)** will represent brand on the road, driving a refrigerated box truck across Canada while managing Brand Ambassadors and ensuring successful activation at every stop. You will act as the primary on-site lead, working alongside your co-manager to coordinate logistics, setup, and execution of each event while maintaining brand standards, food safety, and team performance.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Event Execution**
- Lead on-site setup, teardown, and execution of consumer sampling events
- Oversee product preparation and food safety, ensuring samples are fresh and compliant
- Engage with consumers and represent the brand enthusiastically and knowledgeably
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and professionalism at all activations
- Manage recaps, reporting, and event documentation

**Team & Program Management**
- Supervise, coach, and motivate Brand Ambassadors
- Manage and maintain event inventory, assets, and equipment
- Coordinate product pickups and logistics
- Serve as the main contact for event stakeholders, vendors, and partners
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and escalate issues when needed

**Logistics & Travel**
- Drive program vehicle (refrigerated box truck) across markets
- Coordinate inter-market travel and schedule execution
- Troubleshoot event and technical issues on-site (e.g., generators, displays, restaurant equipment)

**Requirements**:

- **Must be 21 years or older**:

- **Must be bilingual (English & French)**:

- **Valid driver’s license and clean driving record**:

- **Valid passport and ability to travel internationally for training**:

- **Class 3 license required**:

- **Previous experience driving tour vehicles (see below)**:

- **Previous tour and team management experience**:

- **Experience with food products, preparation, or sampling preferred**:

- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varied outdoor conditions
- Ability to complete required Food Safety training for their market

**Education & Experience**
- Degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred
- 5+ years in event marketing or touring programs preferred
- Prior experience managing mobile tours and food-related events strongly preferred

**Physical Demands**
- Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and manual labor
- Must be comfortable driving and managing logistics across long distances
- Must not be under the influence of controlled substances while on duty
