HERE’S HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:- Propose practical and effective solutions to streamline processes, enhance client experience, or reduce operational bottlenecks.- Participate in the design, implementation and delivery of training.- Work closely with internal teams (underwriting, operations, compliance) and external partners (lenders, brokers, clients) to facilitate the progress of mortgage files.- Effectively manage service levels, even during peak periods, and ensure that both customer satisfaction and operational efficiency are maintained.- Address and resolve all customer inquiries, in a professional and efficient manner, always responding to the customer’s needs ensuring a positive customer experience.- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and risk management. protocols throughout the mortgage process by keeping current with required training.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Law Clerk, Real Estate or Mortgage experience is preferred.- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships, ownership and engagement.- Excellent communication, organization and time management skills- Thorough, accurate and focused in a high paced environment producing high quality work.- Team player who can work with mínimal supervision.- Ability to exercise sound independent judgment in a wide range of situations and exhibit creative thinking and problem solving.
