Position Objective:
As a Full-Time Department Lead you demonstrate a positive and engaged attitude when dealing with customers and employees. You will support the store management team with general shift oversight in assigned department and other areas of the store as needed.

What you’ll do:

- Ensure a high level of customer service reflecting Mark’s operating model
- Model active selling behaviors/techniques to set the example for store team members and to help
them grow confidence in their selling capabilities
- Execute daily store operations tasks and department maintenance - Visual merchandising,pricing/promotional set-ups, store cleaning
- Support the management team by providing leadership to part-time team members in the execution of tasks and store standards
- Maintain company standards for merchandise presentation
- Interact with customers to show passion, knowledge, and commitment to our brands and product
- Promote company programs, Triangle loyalty, and other customer acquisition activities
- Support onboarding and learning of department advisors in product knowledge and selling skills Required Skills and Experience
- Proven ability to build and manage a daily plan for the department and store
- Exceptional communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills

**Salary**: $31,300.00-$35,000.00 per year
