**Main responsibilities**:
- Support account managers in the management and activation of client accounts;
- Analyze data and draw conclusions to optimize client accounts and campaigns;
- Provide support to our business customers and ATS partners;
- Collect, analyze and report user information to improve the quality of our product and service;
- Validate the delivery of our broadcasts to ensure that quality and reach criteria are met;
- Control the quality of the content on the site;
- Various data entry;
- Other related tasks.
**Desired profile**:
- Bilingualism (French-English) essential for oral and written communication;
- Autonomy, resourcefulness, ability and desire to learn;
- Ability to manage priorities well;
- Good knowledge of the Office suite (Word and Excel);
- Very good knowledge of the Internet and social media (as a user);
- Ability to solve technical and functional problems (Internet, basic computing);
- Good communicator;
- Team player.
**Qualifications**:
- College Degree;
- Two (2) years of customer service experience or other relevant experience;
- Experience working with Zendesk, JIRA and/or Google Ad Manager an asset.
