**Description:

**Responsibilities**:
As a member of the Operations Manager’s team, the Service Technician brings expertise by:

- Providing value-added after-sales service and perform problem solving;
- Performing repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and implementation of systems on electromechanical equipment, either onsite or in branch
- Helping other departments through internal work;
- Diagnosing problems, determining corrective action and undertaking repair;
- Managing service calls and examining the customer’s requirements.

**Requirements**: To perform well, you must**:

- Know how to work in a team, demonstrate initiative and be solutions-oriented
- Have good communication skills and be customer-oriented
- Be incredibly organized and understand processes thoroughly
- Possess post-secondary courses in Electro-Mechanical, Electricity and/or Mechanics would be considered an asset;
- Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record;
- Be able to lift up to a hundred (100) pounds (battery replacement, equipment loading and offloading);
- ALL APPLICANTS MUST TAKE A MECHANICAL/ELECTRICAL APTITUDE TEST DURING THE INITIAL INTERVIEW
