Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Automotive Lot Porter to join our team. As a Lot Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of our dealership lot, assisting with vehicle movements, and providing general support to our sales, service, and management teams. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Vehicle Movement: Drive and park vehicles in designated areas on the lot to ensure the optimal display and organization of inventory.
- Lot Organization: Regularly inspect and organize the dealership lot to ensure vehicles are properly positioned and accessible.
- Cleaning & Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning tasks, including washing vehicles, sweeping the lot, and ensuring the lot remains tidy and free of debris.
- Assistance to Sales & Service: Assist sales staff with vehicle preparations, such as moving vehicles for test drives or showing customers available inventory. Support service department by moving vehicles to and from service bays. Move vehicles to offsite locations for accessory installs and additional work required to be completed that cannot be managed in-house.
- Inventory Management: Check new vehicles as they arrive from the factory. Report and document any transit damage in keeping with the outlined process. Keep track of vehicle locations on the lot and assist with vehicle documentation or reporting as needed.
- Customer Service Support: On occasion, greet and assist customers as they arrive, ensuring a welcoming environment at all times.
- Maintain walkways and entrances during the winter months. Snow removal and salting as required. Sweep snow from vehicles in the presentation area so they are accessible and available for presentation and demonstration purposes.
- Other Duties as Assigned: Provide general support to the dealership team, including helping with deliveries, taking out trash, and assisting with other lot-related tasks. Qualifications:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to drive a variety of vehicles (automatic and manual transmission).
- Previous experience in a similar position is a plus, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Physical ability to walk, stand, and move around the lot for extended periods of time.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain a positive attitude. Work Environment:

- Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks, such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods of time. Compensation & Benefits:

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
