The Menu of Responsibilities:
Lead by example: You'll set the bar high by embodying our service standards, motivating your team, and keeping spirits high even during the busiest times.

Choreograph the Flow: You'll create seating choreography that would make a ballet jealous, ensuring that our guests enjoy a seamless dining experience.

Guest Relations: From the warm welcome to the fond farewell, you'll make sure each customer leaves with a smile as big as a sushi roll.

Team Training: You'll be the sensei of service, guiding new hires through our culture, menu, and the art of impeccable customer care.

Operations Oversight: You'll ensure that every detail, from the ambiance to the temperature of the miso soup, is in perfect harmony.
