We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Tool Repair Specialist to join our team.

The Tool Repair Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the functionality, safety, and organization of tools used by our field technicians.

This role involves hands-on repair and maintenance, inventory management, and coordination with purchasing to ensure tools are available and in optimal condition.

**Responsibilities**
- Repair, maintain, and organize tools and equipment used by the technician project team.
- Travel to various job sites to perform on-site tool inspections and repairs.
- Manage tool inventory and oversee purchasing of new tools and replacement parts.
- Maintain accurate records of tool usage, repairs, and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with warehouse and field teams to support project readiness.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tool repair, maintenance, or a related field.
- Experience in a warehouse or construction setting preferred.
- Familiarity with fire protection tools and equipment is an asset.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel to multiple sites.
