- Provide context for global challenges and propose solutions tailored to the different stakeholders of the company**Responsible**- Assist managers in the deployment of continuous improvement projects-
- Help develop and implement lean manufacturing tools-
- Assist managers in identifying and analyzing operational and administrative problems related to business processes-
- Identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations-
- Support and guide teams in the deployment of projects-
- Help resolve problems-
- Facilitate meetings and share information with the teams and the group-
- Support teams in achieving objectives-
- Ensure buy-in from the various strategic units-
- Deliver continuous improvement training- Bring out the best in yourselfCommit. Evolve. Preserve.
