Our client, with it's head office based in Calgary, is currently seeking a Station Manager to manage their **Fort St John, BC, branch**. The primary responsibility will be to direct the day to day operations of the assigned station, and assume a strategic role in the sales and customer service functions of the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet or exceed station revenue and profit targets.
- Communicate and coordinate with station personnel on all matters pertaining to station operations. Insure that communications at the field level are in line with corporate level communications such that the Company presents a unified, consistent message to customers.
- Responsible for timely processing of all field tickets, time sheets and other documents necessary for prompt, accurate invoicing customers for SBI products and services.
- Responsible for ongoing maintenance of all equipment within their scope of overview.
- Monitor, evaluate and review subordinate performance in accordance with Company policy and procedure. Provide subordinates with timely, regular performance appraisals and mentor subordinates on performance issues to effect improvement and overall job satisfaction. Review goals/metrics on a regular basis with the General Manager.
- Hire and maintain a trained and qualified staff for all aspects of related work.
- Responsible for timely processing of all field tickets, time sheets and other documents necessary for prompt, accurate invoicing to customers for SBI products and services.
- Ensure integrated efforts and provide feedback and direction regarding strategic planning, goals and objectives for overall company performance.
- Practice and promote the Health and Safety policies of SBI to ensure the development and progression of health and safety within the station.
- Effective management of change as needed to make for a pleasant working environment, a value-added customer resource, and as needed to stay on growth and fiscal targets.
- Communicate with senior management with regard to customer service functions to improve where necessary the level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure integrated efforts and provide feedback and direction regarding strategic planning, goals and objectives for overall company performance.
- Manage Company resources in the most efficient manner.

**Qualifications and Capabilities**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in emergency response/safety services/sales.
- 3 years’ experience in a team leadership role/management role.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook with the ability to learn new software.
- Excellent written / verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills are required.
- Ability to plan, organize and implement the successful completion of a number of duties and reports.
- Knowledge in the Oil and Gas Industry would be an asset.
- Driver’s License

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
