Trouw Nutrition is seeking a** Customer Service Representative - Moncton**

**About The Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the main contact for managing certain key customer accounts
- Follow up with various departments within the company (sales, production, and procurement)
- Enter information into the complaint management software (CRM)
- Monitor specific files and carry out various complex and diverse operational activities
- Investigate, understand, and respond appropriately to customer and representative requests
- Enter customer orders into the system
- Perform other related tasks

**Skills and Expertise**

**Qualifications**:

- College diploma in a related field and/or relevant experience;
- 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service;
- Customer service-oriented;
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities;
- Attention to detail, ability to work quickly and accurately;
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others;
- Demonstrates leadership and can unite colleagues toward a common goal;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, intermediate Excel required);
- Strong learning ability;
- Ability to work with multiple systems simultaneously;
- Fluency in English and French is a plus
