**Position Description**:
Seeking a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our construction team. This position will manage assigned trades, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure optimal production and efficiency throughout the course of construction. Reports to Construction Manager, and provides leadership to construction team, while overseeing all site activity, including budgets, schedules, and quality control.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Manage assigned trades and personnel in a professional and effective manner to achieve timely goals.
- Manage and coordinate project schedules on an ongoing basis with site personnel, trades, and other suppliers.
- Monitor all site activity and construction to algin with project timelines, budgets, and work quality.
- Ensure and verify all site practices are WCB compliant.
- Ensure site safety by providing site meetings with key staff and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Support and train staff/trades, as required, to assist in meeting performance goals.
- Assist in sourcing new trades/vendors, as required.
- Communication between site personnel and site visitors.

**Qualifications**:

- 10 years of experience working in multi-family, wood frame residential construction projects.
- Knowledge and experience with BC Building Codes.
- Strong leadership skills for managing and supervising subordinate staff.
- Grade 12 schooling education or higher (construction related courses considered an asset)
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license.
- Effective and strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Is proficient in using computer programs for project planning and scheduling and can adapt easily to new software and technology.
