**Responsibilities and Duties**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide a proactive response to the service needs of clients
- Schedule regular client appointments and assist with meeting prep
- Assist in meeting follow up
- Maintain client records and documents
- Assist in developing and executing marketing plans
- Update marketing materials as required
- Assist in the coordination and execution of client events
- Respond to telephone, in person or electronic inquiries
- Respond to telephone, in person or electronic inquiries
- Send and receive messages and documents
- Sort, process and verify forms and documents

**Skills**:

- Strong Computer skill including MS Office, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Extremely organized with a high attention to detail

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Ability to manage change effectively
- Reception duties

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Post Secondary Education

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year
