Snow Plow/salt Operator

**Job Summary**
We are looking to hire a Loader Operator/Salt Truck Operator this winter season.
- Execute removal of snow from all key areas in time for daily business operations
- Supervise your own crew and track performance as well as attendance; plan and dispatch crews for winter events
- Assist in training of other employees for machine operation/maintenance, patterns/techniques, and responsibilities
- Assist in machine maintenance and snow storage maintenance during dry weather periods
- Operate plow and salt trucks and snow removal equipment (skid loaders, salt spreaders, snow blowers, etc.)
- Be on call during all snow events
- Perform site checks during and after winter events
- Complete time sheets via timekeeping software program
**What you bring**:
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- High school diploma
- Snow Plowing experience 1-3 years preferred
- Clean Drivers Licence Abstract
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Team oriented, positive & able to complete all tasks assigned
- Problem solving & communication skills
- Hard working and self-motivated
