**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- 1. Program Development: _Research market trends, customer preferences, and industry regulations to inform the development of a comprehensive medical esthetics program. Design and implement innovative and results-driven esthetics services, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
- 2. Team Leadership: _Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team of estheticians and support staff. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- 3. Strategic Planning:_Develop and execute a strategic plan for the successful launch and ongoing growth of the medical esthetics program. Identify and capitalize on business opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
- 4. Client Relations: _Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Gather and analyze client feedback to make data-driven improvements to the program and services.
- 5. Regulatory Compliance:_Stay abreast of industry regulations and ensure the program operates in compliance with all applicable laws and standards. Implement and maintain rigorous quality control and safety protocols.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Healthcare Administration, Esthetics) is preferred.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the medical esthetics or related industry.
- Demonstrated success in program development and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
