**Full-time Site-Foreman in the Fraser Valley**

**URGENTLY HIRING**

Due to continued growth and expansion we are looking to hire permanent full time Site-Foremen with experience in civil and residential work to run various civil job sites.

Work is located in the lower mainland, mostly Fraser Valley

**Duties**:

- Directs and coordinates crew members on site
- Ensures labor, equipment, materials are on site
- Ensures materials, equipment and labor are utilized most efficiently and effectively
- Ensures that deliveries to site are complete and in accordance with materials ordered
- Manage the permit and inspection process and attending and conducting progress meetings
- Maintain daily paperwork, extra work orders, change orders and keep the owner updated on important issues
- Conducting and/or attending pre-construction, progress and other project and staff meetings

**Position Requirements**:

- **5-10 years experience in civil construction**:

- Able to work in all weather
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Must be willing to commute to work
- Must be willing to work safely in a team environment
- Experience supervising job sites for civil sites
- Experience on an excavator

**Other Requirements**:

- Is committed to doing quality work the first time with little or no need for re-work
- Is deadline driven, punctual and respects other people’s time
- Proficient knowledge of WorkSafeBC standards and policies
- A valid BC driver’s license (class 5)
- First Aid would be an asset

**Salary**: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abbotsford, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Supervising: 5 years (preferred)
