**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and best practices.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of the kitchen stations during service hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food storage and handling.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
- Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with various cooking techniques, equipment, and meal preparation methods.
- A passion for the food industry and commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
