**Position Overview**:
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Perform all _in vivo_ DMPK studies (PKs) in rodents (mouse and rat) in a regulated environment, following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Real-time documentation of experimental work
- Provide support in the lab on pharmacology studies led by the team, including pharmacodynamic and efficacy studies in mouse

**Requirements**:

- Animal Health diploma or relevant experience with laboratory mice or rats
- 1+ year of experience in small animal handling and basic _in vivo _procedures in rodents, such as drug administration, blood and tissue collection, and animal care
- Ability to work independently and to adapt to project needs
- Attention to detail, excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with both mouse and rat handling is preferred
- Functional written and oral bilingualism (French and English) is preferred

**Principales tâches et responsabilités**:

- Réaliser toutes les études DMPK (pharmacocinétique) _in vivo _chez les rongeurs (souris et rat) dans un environnement réglementé, en suivant les procédures opératoires normalisées (PON).
- Documentation en temps réel du travail expérimental
- Fournir un soutien au laboratoire pour les études pharmacologiques menées par l'équipe, y compris les études pharmacodynamiques et d'efficacité chez la souris.

**Exigences**:

- Diplôme en santé animale ou expérience pertinente avec des souris ou des rats de laboratoire
- 1+ année d'expérience dans la manipulation de petits animaux et les procédures de base _in vivo _chez les rongeurs, telles que l'administration de médicaments, le prélèvement de sang et de tissus, et les soins aux animaux.
- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et à s'adapter aux besoins des projets.
- Souci du détail, excellentes capacités d'organisation, de communication et de relations interpersonnelles.
- Une expérience de la manipulation de souris et de rats est préférable
