We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Instructors for our HIIT and Ride studios who are passionate about growing their careers and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
**Primary Job Responsibilities**
- Deliver expert training and world-class fitness experiences to guests
- Develop class programming, playlists, and signature elements that allow your own unique approach and personality to shine, while working within the framework of the S&T brand and class programming standards
- Motivate, inspire and build relationships with guests as well as fellow team members
- Deliver exceptional customer service, both in and out of class
- Act as a Sweat & Tonic ambassador, both in and out of studio
- Participate in promotional events, photo & video shoots, and campaigns
**Qualifications**
- HIIT Studio: Instructor or personal training certification and experience leading group training or working as a personal trainer.
- Ride Studio: Experience in fitness or dance preferred; passion for fitness and experience in indoor cycling required.
- Passionate about Sweat & Tonic and our Sweat Fam.
- Friendly, optimistic, inclusive, and personable, and enthusiastic about meeting new people and building relationships.
- Entertaining and knowledgable; great at sharing knowledge while also having fun and bringing others with you.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, organized, and prepared.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in highly pressured roles and environments with ambiguity.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and personally interested in health, fitness and wellness.
- A problem solver who is relentless in finding a way to deliver exceptional results and is eager to to push the boundaries of a fitness experience.
