**Responsibilities**
- Operate packaging and processing equipment efficiently to meet production targets
- Assist with meat cutting and food processing tasks following safety and quality standards
- Maintain strict sanitation and cleanliness of work areas in compliance with food safety regulations
- Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished products
- Support the setup, adjustment, and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment as needed
- Follow all safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure a safe working environment
- Assist in inventory management and documentation related to production activities
- Adhere to all food safety guidelines and company policies throughout daily operations

**Skills**
- Experience or interest in packaging, manufacturing, or the food industry preferred
- Knowledge of butchery, meat cutting, or food processing techniques is a plus
- Strong understanding of sanitation practices within a food production environment
- Mechanical knowledge beneficial for equipment troubleshooting and maintenance
- Familiarity with food safety standards and protocols
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions
- Ability to work as part of a team in maintaining high-quality production standards
