**Position**:
Employment Counsellor to provide a variety of employment services that may include but are not limited to:

- Provide employment services that may include formal on-the-job training, job search and job development activities
- Establish and maintain collaborative, professional relationships with various stakeholders, including injured workers, employers
- Establish good working relationships with CVE’s VRC who might be directing the program
- Mediate and negotiate effectively to help achieve positive outcomes
- Complete a variety of administrative tasks

**Requirements**:

- Completion of University/College/CEGEP/Vocational or technical training in a related field.
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong Team Player
- Bilingual (French & English) Oral and written

**Salary**: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Extended health care

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)
