We are currently seeking a **Receptionist** for our **Alexandria Branch**.

**Status of the position**: Full time - temporary
**Schedule **:Monday to Friday - 40h/week

**Responsibilities**:

- General office duties
- Filing, organizing, photocopying, faxing
- Receptionist tasks such as answering telephones and welcoming visitors
- Creating and maintaining reports
- Data entry
- Other related clerical duties

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of related experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience with MS Office Suite is needed
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months
