AMSOIL INC. has a great opportunity for Distribution Center Manager at our Mississauga, Ontario Regional Distribution Center. In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of all activities and employees within the facility. This includes providing leadership to employees, processing timely shipment of AMSOIL products, and providing exceptional customer service to dealers, customers, carriers, and suppliers.

Core Responsibilities:

- Responsible for managing, training, and developing all Distribution Center employees
- Accountable for the timely, accurate and cost-effective shipment of AMSOIL products which includes meeting assigned productivity standards
- Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels through cycle counting and by properly reporting and adjusting damaged product and customer returns
- Maintain and monitor safety practices and enforce safe work habits
- Assist team with picking and packing orders as well as customer walk-ins

Position Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in distribution or warehouse management
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job
- Valid Driver’s License
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office and familiarity with RF scanning technology
- Industry knowledge of shipping and domestic transportation
- Customer service experience
- Warehousing, order fulfillment, and inventory control experience
- Proven problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to drive a forklift (training is received on the job)
- Ability to lift 70 lbs.

- Completed Secondary education
