**Position: General Handyman**

We are looking to hire a general handyman. You will be responsible for a large variety of tasks including repairs, maintenance, and various projects relating to a residential apartment building. Being reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail is essential in this job.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 year experience as a handyman worker or other similar position
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical. Experience on drywall repairs, paint, floor and tiles repairs, etc
- Must be organized and able to prioritize tasks
- Must be reliable, autonomous, and punctual
- Proactive and detailed oriented person with a keen eye for repairs and maintenance
- Must speak English. Bilingualism is an asset but not mandatory
- Strong teamwork skills
