Are you ready to lead like an owner? We’re looking for a **Site Supervisor** who can take full command of our project sites and run the show with confidence, clarity, and accountability.

This isn’t just another supervisor gig — this is a pivotal leadership handoff. You’ll be stepping into the owner’s shoes on-site, making real-time decisions, driving execution, and delivering high-quality results without needing your hand held.

**What You'll Own**:

- Oversee day-to-day site operations across multiple active job sites.
- Coordinate and lead crews, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure safety, quality, timelines, and budgets are on point.
- Be the face of the company with clients and inspectors.
- Make decisions that keep projects moving without delays.
- Report key metrics and keep communication tight with stakeholders.

**You Bring**:

- 5+ years of installation and site supervision experience.
- A strong track record of managing crews and multi-site projects.
- The ability to read blueprints and lead with both grit and grace.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
- WHMIS, and field health and safety knowledge experience
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license - clean driver's abstract.

**Bonus If You Have**:

- Fall Protection certification.
- Familiarity with project management tools.
- Experience in framing or finishing work.

**Physical Requirements**: Able to work outdoors, at heights, and lift standard site materials.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
