**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with industry regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and increase sales.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on aftercare and maintenance of eyelash and Brow services.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including tools and equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience at least of 2 years as an Eyelash/ Brow Specialist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of eyelash extension and Brows techniques and products.
- Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to connect with clients effectively.
- Experience in hospitality or retail sales is highly desirable.
- Ability to sanitize tools and maintain cleanliness according to health standards.
- A passion for beauty services, including, nail care, and body waxing is a plus.
- Must possess relevant certifications or licenses as required by Provence regulations.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.

**Compensation: Up to $35/hour**
