**Position Summary**:
As a Production Worker for AGF, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient and high-quality production of all our products. Reporting to the Production Manager you will work as a part of our team, producing the highest quality, professional cleaning tools in our industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret work orders
- Inspect, assemble, label and package a variety of products
- Stack and palettize products
- Maintain work logs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols

**Qualifications**:

- Highschool diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Previous experience using operating equipment such as pneumatic staplers and cutting machines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills and a commitment to meet production targets and deadlines

**Other Details**:

- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Shift hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, however hours may change if necessary for the needs of the business.
- Must be able to meet the pre-determined production times
- Must be able to meet physical demands of the job such as lift 50lbs regularly
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to work effectively in a team environment
- Must have clear criminal record check.
