About the Role
This is not your typical marketing position. We’re looking for a flexible, forward-thinking leader who thrives in a fast paced, creative environment. As our Marketing Manager, you will be working with a team and responsible for building and executing full spectrum marketing strategies, combining digital, brand, and on-the-ground tactics to drive growth, brand equity, and successful restaurant launches.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Lead the development and execution of a holistic 360° marketing strategy
- Head up the marketing department and manage all marketing operations
- Identify and pursue new marketing opportunities, partnerships, and channels
- Approve all final marketing materials, ensuring alignment with Hello Nori’s brand

Branding & Positioning
- Elevate Hello Nori’s brand identity across all locations and future openings
- Ensure brand consistency across digital, print, and in-restaurant experiences
- Build and maintain relationships with collaborators, creatives, and media

Digital Marketing
- Oversee the social media strategy to boost excitement, traffic, and storytelling
- Manage the content calendar, including photoshoots, campaigns, and all brand assets
- Develop and execute paid and organic campaigns that drive measurable growth
- Lead our Media & Influencer Program in collaboration with our PR team.

New Restaurant Openings
- Spearhead marketing plans for new location launches from pre-opening to post-launch
- Procure assets for openings (menus, A-frames, signage, internal marketing)
- Collaborate with PR teams for maximum media exposure
- Analyze campaign performance and refine future strategies based on results

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in a marketing leadership role, ideally within hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle brands
- Strong grasp of digital marketing and social media trends
- A creative eye and sharp instinct for storytelling and branding
- Highly organized, flexible, and excited to work in a fast-growing restaurant group
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Bonus: photography, videography, editing and graphic design or art direction experience
