**Position Overview**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly skilled individual who can take on both **Dental Assistant** and **Receptionist** duties. You will be responsible for supporting our dental team in delivering excellent patient care, while also assisting with front desk tasks and providing a positive experience for our patients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Receptionist Duties**:

- Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and confirm patient visits.
- Verify insurance information and handle billing inquiries.
- Process payments and maintain patient accounts.
- Manage patient flow to ensure smooth office operations.
- Coordinate patient follow-ups and maintain a welcoming office environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or Dental Receptionist is preferred
- Strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures.
- Ability to perform dental assisting tasks such as taking X-rays and sterilizing instruments.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of dental office management software is a plus.
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
