**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
- Maintain an organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked.
- Process transactions accurately
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to assist customers effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with customers.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn about new products and services.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.94-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week

Shift:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Morning shift

Work days:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
