**About the Role**

This is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone with strong field experience, communication skills, and the ability to coordinate teams and materials efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of insulation crews on industrial, commercial, or institutional projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor progress to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate insulation technicians and apprentices.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Track material usage and inventory, and coordinate with procurement for supplies and equipment.
- Prepare and maintain daily reports, timesheets, and project documentation.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum **5 years of mechanical insulation experience**, with at least **2 years in a supervisory or lead-hand role**.
- Strong knowledge of insulation materials, systems, and installation methods (hot/cold, ductwork, piping, equipment, etc.).
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
