**Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join Hydrowest Products Ltd.
This role is essential in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our clients.
Experienced working as counter sales or parts person in HVAC, Controls, Gas, Heating, plumbing products, are highly encouraged to apply.

**Duties**
- Providing technical specifications, parts diagram, and current pricing for inquiries.
- Track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and update client information.
- Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and promote our products/services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers through regular follow-ups and exceptional customer service.
**Skills**
- Understand how HVAC equipment works.
- Experience working in parts department is an asset.
- Experience working in warranty process is an asset.
- Proven experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred, with a strong understanding of inside sales techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with clients.
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing outstanding service at all times.
Pay: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Overtime pay
