Future Link Consultants is a leading educational consulting firm providing services to students seeking admission to universities and colleges in Canada and other countries. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Admission Counselor to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate and build relationships with applicants/business associates to help them navigate the admissions process and to convert applicants into registered students.
- Maintain regular communication with students, colleagues, and external agencies to coordinate admission activities and resolve any problems.
- Effectively address student concerns to ensure that all students are aware of their options and financial/academic obligations to their program of choice.
- Assist in the retention and support of students.
- Proactively pursue student contacts to understand their concerns.
- Outreach to potential students and establish new business partnerships.
- Follow up with students who have not re-registered or discontinued to facilitate registration.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Scarborough, ON M1H 3C3
