**ESSENTIAL DUTIES**:
- Acting as the first point of contact for new clients, coordinating the various steps of the intake process.
- Contacting prospective clients and assessing their claims
- Educating clients about the claims process and booking intakes
- Investigating preliminary issues and communicating important facts to the attorneys
- Opening new files which includes requests, initial letters, notice letters, production charts, searches, obtaining OCF-2’s, etc.
- Creating content for our social media pages and staying current with industry trends in order to continuously update and manage all forms of social media campaigns
**SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:
- **Must be Bilingual in Arbaic/English**:
- 1 - 2 years of personal injury or insurance adjuster experience.
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Prior sales experience is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple matters simultaneously.
- Strong client service skills and verbal and written communication skills
- You are highly motivated, results-driven, and a dependable team player.
- Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to travel across the GTA and the surrounding area.
