Cad/revit/bim Lead

**Role description**:
The CAD/Revit/BIM Lead will play a pivotal role in leading project teams with CAD/Revit/BIM modeling requirements, content creation, and coordination efforts, as well as developing and providing training for junior team members.

**Role accountabilities**:

- Report to the Senior Technology Systems Specialist and Technology Systems Architect
- Provide Revit and AutoCAD support for design projects
- Lead project teams with Revit modelling requirements, content creation and coordination efforts
- Coordinate team assignments and monitor production
- Manage junior team members and
- conduct employee reviews and provide training and mentorship
- Revit model and project model setup
- Document control & management
- Develop customized solutions as required
- Revit and design focus is on technology systems and devices
- Creation and management of families for technology systems including ESS, AV, Communications, IM/IT & Structured cabling
- Develop drawings using design information provided from Visio, Bluebeam and CAD including systems line diagrams, floor plans and elevations
- Develop and provide training for junior team members.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- College/Technical/University Diploma
- Revit and modelling in MEP, Architectural, Structural
- Revit & design focus in technology systems and devices for Div.27 and Div.28
- Experience working with design markup programs such as Visio, Bluebeam, CAD
- Experience working in a large office or work environment
- Capable with Microsoft Office programs, particularly Word and Excel
- Comfortable working with remote task assignment software programs
- Familiarity and comfort in working in agile sprint-based team assignment and organizational structure
- Ability to work with remote enabling technologies such as Microsoft Teams, Webex, Zoom, Go To Meeting etc.
- Confident with the ability to build strong working relationships
- Energetic, diplomatic, flexible, problem-solving mindset
- Strong organizational and prioritizing skills with the ability to take initiative
- Engineering/ Architectural / Construction Industry experience beneficial

The salary range for this position is $75000 - $100000. The base salary represents Arcadis’ hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.
