**Position Summary**: We are looking for a skilled and reliable **AZ Driver** to join our dynamic **Shipping Department** at Stage Windows & Doors. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of our custom-built products to high-volume customers. Your exceptional driving skills and ability to provide outstanding customer service will contribute to Stage’s continued success and our commitment to delivering industry-leading experiences to our clients.

This is a full-time, permanent position that offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. Reporting to the Department Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of safety, productivity, and communication throughout your deliveries.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive and operate a commercial truck with patented lift mechanisms to load and unload skids at customer locations in a safe manner following internal protocols, training procedures, and customer rules.
- Perform and log daily pre and post-trip inspections of commercial vehicles and lift.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers upon each delivery.
- Ensure deliveries are completed according to the schedule. Maintain cleanliness of truck keeping it free from debris inside and out.
- Analyzes current and established procedures and make suggestions to the supervisor on process improvements. Adhere to and enforce safety procedures during every aspect of the role.
- Partner with the Department Supervisor to provide status updates and progress reports as needed.
- Other tasks as required.

- ** Driving Skills**: Ability to operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently in a variety of conditions.
- ** Flexibility**: Willingness to work overtime as required, adapting to varying schedules.

**Education & Experience**:

- ** Valid AZ or DZ Driver's License**: Must possess a valid license and be able to provide a clean driving record.
- ** Safe Driving Record**: A minimum of 3 years of experience driving heavy vehicles with a proven record of safe driving and no claims (Letter of Experience required).
- ** Experience in Manufacturing**: 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience in windows and doors manufacturing is a plus
- ** Background Check**: Must successfully pass a background check, including a driving review.
