**About the Role**

The family is looking for someone to become a valued part of their household, someone who can support both baby and new mom, travel frequently, and contribute positively to a collaborative and caring home environment. You’ll work as part of a friendly and respectful team, including a **House Manager** and **Executive Assistant**, to ensure the home runs smoothly and the baby receives consistent, loving care.

**Key Details**:

- **Start Date**: Part Time days 8-6pm May 20-June 17th
- **Start Date**:Full Time August 7th
- **Location**: West Vancouver (with extensive travel)
- **Children**: One baby - 5 months old (In august ) Currently 7 weeks old.

**Travel Commitments**:
This role is perfect for someone with a spirit of adventure and a flexible lifestyle. Upcoming travel includes:

- A **2-month trip to Australia** over the Christmas/New Year season
- **Summer trips to Europe**:

- **Shorter international and domestic trips** throughout the year

**Your Responsibilities Will Include**:

- Providing full-time care for a baby, including feeding, changing, soothing, and age-appropriate developmental support
- Offering postpartum support to the new mother as needed
- Traveling with the family and maintaining routines across time zones and locations
- Assisting with packing, logistics, and transitions during travel
- Collaborating closely with the house team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Driving to and from appointments or outings as required

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 4+ years experience** with babies and toddlers
- Must be **calm, nurturing, and confident** in all aspects of newborn/baby care
- **Valid passport** and readiness to travel frequently and on short notice
- **Driver’s license** required
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain discretion and professionalism
- Willingness to commit long-term and grow with the family - minimum 2+ years
- High level of professionalism, past experience with high net worth families a bonus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
