Design Construct Solutions (DCS 2018Inc) is a professional management company specializing in the construction of commercial and professional facilities with both pre-engineered metal buildings and conventional building methods.

We are seeking an experienced individual to operate and maintain a construction project from start to finish. This position is fixed to manly one project at a time, with occasional oversight on jobs outside the main project assigned.

This role requires:

- A good understanding of construction sequencing and scheduling related to commercial practices
- Ability to mange reporting and cost reviews related to works performed at the project.
- High level of verbal communication.
- Bonus - understanding of Pre-metal buildings, mid rise apartment construction.

**Salary**: $85,000.00-$95,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
