**Responsibilities**:

- Perform quality control inspections to identify all outstanding issues in production and order processing departments to ensure quality standards are met.
- Ensure products meet project specifications as per the installation drawings and blueprints.
- Work with responsible departments to make modifications required to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Identify and report issues related to quality control that arise in the pre
- and post-production processes. Quality issues found by yourself or a worker should be raised to the department manager
- Approve all incoming and finished products by confirming specifications and conducting required tests. Collaborate with senior management as needed.
- Return products for re-work if needed and complete documentation to confirm re-work tracking completion.
- Document and update inspection results by completing reports and logs.
- Follow all proper maintenance, sanitation, procedures and health and safety protocols at all times and ensure department members are as well.
- Follow company health and safety procedures at all times.
- Other duties as may be assigned

**Requirements**:

- 2 years' experience in Quality Control, preferably in the mill-work industry
- Ability to read drawings and blueprints
- Ability to use Quality measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, etc.
- Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing
- Ability to learn new processes and assess with critical thinking
- Experience with root cause analysis preferred
- Excellent teamwork skills and leadership skills are preferred
- Must have a keen eye for color matching and quality control
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
