Position**:Night Auditor**

Purpose

As Night Auditor, your core responsibility is to provide exceptional guest service while accurately analyzing the resorts day to day transactions.

**Duties and Responsibilities for Night Auditor**
- Prepare nightly balance statements for all departments based on information submitted by outlet staff.
- Flag out of balance accounts and discrepancies.
- Perform nightly system maintenance on various software systems.
- Prepare and track staff gratuities.
- Prepare daily bank deposits.
- Produce daily posting journal for managers.
- Greet all guests in a friendly, helpful manner.
- Provide all guests with courteous, professional service during check-in, check-out, telephone inquiries, and all other contact with the guest.
- Provide all guests with a sense of security by following the hotel security policies.
- Perform duties of a Guest Services Agent as required.
- Answer the switchboard and direct calls in a proficient, courteous manner.
- Maximize sales and revenue for the Hotel.
- Keep the front desk and back office clean and free of clutter and garbage.
- Other duties as requested.
- Obtain a good understanding on the day shift’s operations.
- Perform other hotel-related tasks asked of you by the Front Office Manager

**Specific Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Strong customer service background.
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
- Basic computer knowledge with strong math and accounting skills.
- Minimum High School Diploma.
- Preference given to those with direct Hotel Front Desk experience.
- Knowledge of resort and surrounding area.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a team environment.
- Problem Solver and Detail Oriented.

**Salary**: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
